Hi, I’m Ren, and I started this magazine because, well... I love to talk. A lot.

I’ve noticed that in our society, there’s often a weird stigma around having interests and hobbies — especially those that don’t come with a paycheck attached. But I believe that passions, no matter how niche or “unprofitable,” deserve a space to thrive. People should have a place where they can talk about what they love and connect with others who feel the same way.

While the internet can be great for finding like-minded folks, it’s also full of quiet, forgotten communities where certain interests seem to have faded away. That’s what sparked the idea for this magazine. One afternoon, while searching for places to submit my own writing, I thought, Why not create my own platform? So, I made this website in a day, hoping to build a space where people can share, connect, and yes — yap away to me and to each other.
